Position Title: Robotics Program Coordinator Volunteer                                       
Location: Remote
Time Commitment: 6 hours a week

Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and organized Volunteer Robotics Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate the development and delivery of our robotics programs, ensuring that they are engaging, educational, and aligned with STEM Canada’s goals. This is an excellent opportunity to inspire and guide students as they explore the world of robotics and develop critical skills for the future.

Key Responsibilities:
●	Coordinate the planning, development, and implementation of robotics programs within STEM Canada’s curriculum.
●	Collaborate with robotics experts, educators, and other team members to design and deliver high-quality robotics content and activities.
●	Ensure that all robotics programs align with current educational standards and STEM Canada’s objectives.
●	Organize and manage virtual robotics workshops, competitions, and projects, ensuring smooth execution and high levels of student engagement.
●	Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of robotics programs, collecting feedback from participants and making improvements as needed.
●	Serve as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and educators involved in robotics programs, addressing questions and concerns.
●	Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all robotics programs, including curricula, instructional materials, and program reports.
●	Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in robotics education to continuously improve the quality and relevance of our programs.
●	Promote participation in robotics programs through outreach efforts, including virtual presentations, social media, and collaboration with educational institutions.

Requirements:
●	Background in robotics, engineering, computer science, education, or a related field, with experience in program coordination or management.
●	Strong understanding of robotics principles and practices, including experience with various robotics platforms and tools.
●	Excellent organizational and project management skills to coordinate multiple programs and activities simultaneously.
●	Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
●	Ability to create and manage detailed plans and schedules, ensuring that programs are delivered on time and within scope.
●	Passion for STEM education and a commitment to inspiring the next generation of roboticists.
●	Self-motivated and capable of working independently, with strong problem-solving skills.
●	Familiarity with virtual learning environments and online collaboration tools is a plus.
