Position Title: Technology Program Coordinator Volunteer
Location: Remote
Time Commitment: 6 hours a week

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative  Volunteer Technology Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate the development and delivery of our technology-focused programs, ensuring they are engaging, relevant, and aligned with STEM Canada’s objectives. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of technology education and inspire the next generation of tech leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
●	Coordinate the planning, development, and implementation of technology programs within STEM Canada’s curriculum.
●	Collaborate with technology experts, educators, and other team members to design and deliver high-quality technology content and activities.
●	Ensure that all technology programs align with current educational standards and STEM Canada’s goals.
●	Organize and manage virtual technology workshops, seminars, and projects, ensuring smooth execution and high levels of student engagement.
●	Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technology programs, gathering feedback from participants and making improvements as needed.
●	Serve as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and educators involved in technology programs, addressing questions and concerns.
●	Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all technology programs, including curricula, instructional materials, and program reports.
●	Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in technology education to continuously improve the quality and relevance of our programs.
●	Promote participation in technology programs through outreach efforts, including virtual presentations, social media, and collaboration with educational institutions.

Requirements:
●	Background in technology, computer science, engineering, education, or a related field, with experience in program coordination or management.
●	Strong understanding of technology principles and practices, including knowledge of various tech tools, platforms, and software.
●	Excellent organizational and project management skills to coordinate multiple programs and activities simultaneously.
●	Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
●	Ability to create and manage detailed plans and schedules, ensuring that programs are delivered on time and within scope.
●	Passion for STEM education and a commitment to inspiring the next generation of technology innovators.
●	Self-motivated and capable of working independently, with strong problem-solving skills.
●	Familiarity with virtual learning environments and online collaboration tools is a plus.
