We are seeking a talented and engaging storyteller, who has a passion for youth mental health. Our resident storyteller will contribute 2-3 blog posts per month which will be shared via our website, socials, and newsletter. The ideal individual understands the experience of growing up with the stress and stigma of a parent's substance use, whether from personal experience, personal relationships (friendships/ partners/ extended family), or professional experience. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for writing and can authentically share stories, marrying lived experience to current trends, and connect with an audience facing similar issues.

Your unique perspective will help build a supportive community and create content that resonates deeply with our peers through our newsletters, blogs, and social media.
Why should you volunteer for this opportunity?
You will receive training in healing-centred engagement and trauma-informed care as well as storytelling. You will be connected to an innovative community of peers who are changing the support landscape for youth affected by the stress and stigma of a parent's substance use.
