Mentoring young men through local Trail Life USA Troop

Direct Contact Leaders
 All leaders must be at least 21 years or older. The Direct Contact Leaders will oversee the operation of specific age levels patrols within the troop by providing direction, coaching and support. Direct Contact Leaders will assist or advise various activities including, but not limited to, assisting / advising community based service projects, completing Trail work in handbooks, supervising outdoors events, assisting with field trips, and other workshops. The end result will foster a youth directed program with the assistance of the Direct Contact Adult Leaders.

Initial training will consist of reviewing age level patrol materials and Trail Life USA processes and procedures.
