Position Overview:
As our AI Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and implementing AI-powered tools and strategies that enhance communication, automate routine tasks, improve data analysis, and support our mission. This is a unique opportunity to combine cutting-edge technology with purpose-driven work in a growing nonprofit.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and recommend AI tools and platforms to improve workflow efficiency
Assist with automating tasks related to marketing, outreach, data entry, and donor engagement
Support the development of AI-driven chatbots, email automation, or content generation tools
Collaborate with different departments to identify areas where AI could provide value
Analyze performance metrics of AI tools and provide regular insights or optimizations
Ensure AI tools are used ethically and align with the organization’s values

What We’re Looking For:
Background and education in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI, Zapier, etc.
Experience with automation platforms or programming (Python, APIs) 
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical team members
Passion for innovation and using technology for social good
