As we grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Finance Management Specialist to help ensure our financial operations are transparent, efficient, and aligned with our goals.

Position Overview:
The Finance Management Specialist will play a key role in supporting our financial health by managing budgets, tracking expenditures, assisting with grant financial reporting, and ensuring overall fiscal accountability. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to use their financial skills to make a meaningful impact in the nonprofit sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and managing organizational budgets
Monitor expenses and prepare regular financial reports for leadership
Track funding and spending related to grants, programs, and donations
Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions
Help maintain compliance with financial policies and nonprofit regulations
Work with fundraising and grant writing teams to support proposal budgets and financial reporting
Recommend improvements for financial processes and cost-efficiency

What We’re Looking For:
Professional experience and education in finance, accounting, or nonprofit financial management
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Familiarity with budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or financial software
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Knowledge of nonprofit financial practices is a strong asset
