Position Overview: We are seeking a visually-driven Instagram Coordinator to create and curate engaging photo, video, and story content. The ideal candidate understands trends, aesthetics, and the importance of storytelling through visuals. Key Responsibilities: Plan and post regular content to feed, Stories, and Reels Use hashtags, tags, and geotags effectively to grow audience Engage with followers through comments and DMs Collaborate on visuals and branded graphics with our design team Track performance metrics and adapt content based on insights Qualifications: Proven experience managing an Instagram account professionally Strong visual sense and experience using design or photo editing apps Understanding of Instagram growth strategies and algorithm behavior Familiarity with Reels, Stories, and cross-platform content reuse Passion for advocacy or community-based storytelling is a bonus
