About Us: The Autism Today Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals on the autism spectrum and their families through education, advocacy, and inclusive programming. As we grow our impact, we’re looking for a creative, strategic, and mission-driven Marketing Manager to lead our communication efforts and strengthen our brand presence. Position Overview: The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to boost visibility, engagement, and support for our programs and campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional who is passionate about social impact and wants to apply their skills to meaningful work. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication plans Oversee content creation for email campaigns, newsletters, social media, and website updates Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Collaborate with program leads and fundraising teams to promote events, initiatives, and campaigns Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly What We’re Looking For: Experience and education in marketing, communications, or a related field (nonprofit experience a plus) Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva) Ability to think strategically and execute campaigns from concept to completion Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects Passionate about creating awareness and impact in the autism and neurodiversity space
