About Us The Autism Today Foundation supports autistic individuals and their families through education, advocacy, and inclusive programming. As we grow our impact, we are seeking a creative, strategic, mission driven Marketing Manager to lead our communications and brand presence. Position Overview The Marketing Manager will oversee strategy and execution across Autism Today’s full digital ecosystem, leading key functional areas including SEO and Paid Ads, WordPress, Social Media, Blogging, Digital Video Editing, Graphic Design, and 2D/3D Animation. This volunteer role involves managing a multidisciplinary team, setting clear goals, ensuring cohesive messaging, and delivering campaigns that strengthen awareness, engagement, and community support. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a unified marketing plan across web, email, and social. Lead and mentor division leads and contributors across the marketing team. Direct SEO and Paid Ads initiatives, including strategy, budgeting, GA4 tracking, Search Console, and Google Ads or Meta Ads support. Manage WordPress operations, including site updates, UX, performance, and QA. Grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Reddit) through publishing, engagement, and analytics. Oversee blog production, applying on-page SEO and coordinating cross posting. Supervise digital video editing, 2D/3D animation, and graphic design to maintain brand consistency and visual cohesion. Ensure consistent brand voice and visuals across all touchpoints. What We Are Looking For Demonstrate proven experience leading multi-channel marketing in a nonprofit or startup environment. Apply hands-on skills in SEO and Paid Ads, including Google Ads or Meta Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, and Search Console. Execute social media strategy and use analytics tools to guide decisions. Brief and direct specialists in 2D/3D animation, graphic design, and WordPress. Manage projects end-to-end, set priorities, delegate effectively, and meet deadlines. Communicate clearly in writing and lead collaboratively across teams.
