About Us:
Autism Today Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals on the autism spectrum and their families through education, advocacy, and community engagement. We’re expanding our digital storytelling efforts and are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Video Editor to help us bring our content to life.

About the Role:
As a Digital Video Editor, you’ll help shape the visual voice of Autism Today by producing high-quality, emotionally compelling video content for social media, events, and our website. Whether you're cutting interviews, editing highlight reels, or building engaging reels for TikTok and Instagram, your work will help amplify our mission and reach new audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, YouTube, and web
Organize and cut raw footage, add transitions, text overlays, and effects
Optimize videos for platform-specific formats (e.g., TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Incorporate music, voiceovers, and b-roll to enhance storytelling
Collaborate with our social media and content teams on content planning and execution
Ensure brand consistency and accessibility across all visual content
Keep up with video trends, editing techniques, and visual storytelling best practices

What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve)
A strong portfolio or samples showcasing your editing and storytelling skills
Ability to edit quickly and creatively under deadlines
Understanding of social media platforms and what performs well on each
Strong attention to detail and passion for visual storytelling
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Bonus: Experience with motion graphics or animation (e.g., After Effects)
