Umoja Foundation Group is a grassroot community based organization in the Republic of Kenya.The organization offers services to local community helping vulnerable children and families, environment related issues, HIV AIDS, support different abled persons, youth and women empowerment, health, education, water and sanitation, agriculture, sports, behavior change, the aged and alleviate poverty.
