We are looking for an enthusiastic, community-minded individual to serve as Shop Director on our Board of Directors. This is a rewarding volunteer leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing operations, and supporting a great cause.

As Shop Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the Nearly New Shop, a thriving volunteer-driven retail space that offers quality pre-loved items at affordable prices. 

You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and creative merchandising that keeps the shop inviting and fresh. Your role includes managing inventory, coordinating clothing donations, and fostering relationships with customers, volunteers, and the broader community. 

The Nearly New Shop is more than just a store—it's a place where sustainability meets style, and where every sale supports a meaningful cause. Your leadership will make a lasting impact, turning everyday shopping into a purposeful experience.

Certification or Education Required
Retail supervisory / managerial experience an asset
