About IterateUX  

IterateUX is an inclusive, community-based non-profit organization dedicated to supporting User Experience designers-students and professionals alike-around the world. We provide world-class, hands-on learning programs that enhance hard and soft skills in the design field. These programs promote critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity.  Driven by designers for designers, we offer a flexible platform for learning UX research, UX and UI design, user-centered design skills, as well as leadership, collaboration, and presentation skills.  

We are currently seeking an Event & Research Support Team-member to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pre-event supports: Assist Coordinators to complete all event setups.
    - Event Announcement (Discord) + Send Confirmation letter + Google Calendar to Speakers + Recording Notice
- Research Skills: Provide feedback on events and not hesitate to share research ideas for the Project Team
- Conduct Interview: Conduct interviews with users to gather more data for Marketing and Project Team
- Post-event support
- Act as a Moderator for events
- Attend weekly meetings with the IMU project team.

Requirements:

- Location: Only apply if you are in PST, MST, CST, EST time zone (North America)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with your team. 
- Minimum commitment of 3 months. 
- Available 8-10 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
