Jack.org is looking for Jack Talk Speakers to join our program - and we want you to bring your voice to the conversation.

What are Jack Talks?

Jack Talks are mental health presentations delivered by trained young speakers aged 18-26 given to other young people nationwide. Our goal? To educate, empower, and inspire youth across the country to take care of their mental health and look out for one another while reducing the stigma around mental health.

We offer multiple types of Talks to fit your preferences, skills, and how you want to participate in the conversation.

Interactive and discussion-based conversations that are activity and facilitation-based, focusing on resilience, peer support, and practical mental health skills
Flexible presentations with customizable mental health content with a focus on storytelling and educational components
Presentations to large audiences featuring your lived experiences and journey with mental health

We will work with you to find the format and content that best fits your skills, interests, experience, and availability.
