Robinson Outreach at RiverCross Ranch (ROARR) is a non-profit organization dedicated to making a difference in the lives of youth-at-risk, Indigenous youth, and seniors through the healing power of horses. Our innovative Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) programs combine hands-on experiences with horses to teach life skills, emotional resilience, and leadership. Whether it's helping a child build confidence or bringing joy to a senior, our programs create meaningful change for participants and the community.

Volunteers are the heart of ROARR! By joining our volunteer team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our equine programs and helping us reach more people. Volunteers assist with everything from preparing horses for sessions, horse handling, maintaining our space, administration to helping with special events. Whether you’re passionate about horses, enjoy working in a team, or want to give back to the community, we have a spot for you!
